A 49-year-old man from Kent has been banned from carrying felt tip pens and spray paint under the rules of his three-year Asbo.
Magistrates in Sevenoaks ordered David Jell not to carry any writing equipment after finding him guilty of scrawling rude and abusive comments on bathroom walls about random women he had taken a dislike to.
According to The Telegraph, Jell also wrote lewd message on newspapers and displayed them to women while travelling on the bus.
Chief Inspector Russell Nyman of West Kent police said: "The Asbo should ensure we do not see a repeat of this type of behaviour. We do take reports of this nature very seriously."
Jell has been charged with criminal damage and harassment.
