The 0-16 man??? Why in the world would he be employable to any NFL for any coaching position after going 0-16?

I'm confused

I didn't think it was possible for a guy to ever get a job in the nFL again after going 0-16. Not even the Towel Boy

Just because he failed as a head coach doesn't mean they can't use him elsewhere. Look at Dick LaBeau.

I agree with what you're saying Solomon. I don't think he should be a coach or anything, but it also could be a team, if they're record was that bad. The only star I know on that team is Calvin Johnson, but Marinelli still isn't that good.

Someone was trying to tell me he was good as a
D-line coach for Tampa Bay. Maybe so but he was the only coach in NFL history since the change to 16 games to go 0-16 and should not be working no where

Yeah. I'm not giving the guy a pass or credit whatsoever, but I'm saying it might be the team also, but I doubt it. Both the team and the coach suck lol.
