I've wondered about this...

Why don't they just have a moratorium on hiring coaches after the Super Bowl? They do that as to free agency and stuff, why not do that for coaches.

I just think it would be better. I know that the teams with the bye week can let other coaches talk to other teams until the next week when they practice.

I hope Shanahan or Mangini get the job for the Cleveland Steamers Coach.
