details on this theme are very sketchy. any attempt to hunt down the creators (Johnsen/Bryant/someone else) is hard on the WWW.

Its interesting to note that the 2nd photo used for George Wendt has been seen used as the notes covers for a Irish Drinking Song cd (part that goes in the front of the case)
