Marvin Lewis from the Bengals and Herm Edwards from the Chiefs

I read online somewhere that the Bengals want to Lewis to coach until his contract ends because they don't want to have to pay him extra money or something. I also read Herm Edwards and others on the Chiefs are getting ready to be fired because they are already looking for other jobs.

I have to admit, I do agree that they wait till their contracts are up. Cause you are paying for two coaches if you fire one then hire one. Just like Spanos did when he kicked out Marty a few years back.

Yeah. That came faster than I thought it would have.

I don't think Marvin Lewis has done a bad job in his years coaching Cincy. His record is around .500 but he's in a tough division with the Steelers and defensive minded Ravens. But besides that and excuses aside, with all the players in Cincy arrested the last few years, the distractions, Chad Johnson or Ocho Cinco (it's stupid that people call him Chad Ocho Cinco) and Chris Henry's behavior. It's tough to deal with all that stuff, plus being able to coach efficiently. It's like me, having to deal with piles of problems at home; I have to try to move past everything negative and tough, like ML does for the Bengals.
