I am looking for confirmation for two things about TAGS. Was the name of the church in Mayberry All Souls Church? Also, is the identity of Hymn #13A ever revealed?

I'm checking out some good views of the church, and it is interesting that Andy's house is right across the street from the church, must have come in handy on Sunday morning.
