Standing in the return line sure isn't much fun, is it? catlover79 12-27-2008, 10:20 PM ^ Well that's good. Standing in the return line sure isn't much fun, is it? Standing in ANY kind of line is no fun.  treky 12-27-2008, 11:08 PM I got something that I'm not sure yet if I'll keep it or not. It's a DVD of the last season of "HOGANS HEROES". I may just watch it a couple times, then sell it or trade it on ebay or ioffer.com or something. It's a good show, but not good enough that I want to own it. dawsongirl 12-28-2008, 01:00 AM Yeah. A pair of lounge pants that didn't fit, a DVD set of Route 66 that I already owned, one of the two copies of "Bender's Game" that I got, and a pair of baby pants. Instead of a cami, I got a pair of infant pants. :D Highlight of Christmas. Waterston_Fan 12-28-2008, 02:15 AM My mom is going to give a leather jacket with a fur hood to my cousin since I didn't like it and um... she bought it from Mervyns' for $23. The regular price for that jacket is $80. My mom didn't think I'd like it though when she bought it.. LOL  AB 12-28-2008, 07:26 PM ^ But she was probably hoping you would like it since it was such a good deal. lol! AB 12-28-2008, 07:27 PM Yeah. AB 12-28-2008, 07:31 PM Standing in ANY kind of line is no fun.  Very true, but those return lines are the pits since half the time the people don't have their sales slips and it really slows things up. Brad Russ 12-28-2008, 08:23 PM Nope, both of the gifts I got I'm happy with. I've wanted wireless headphones forever, and you can always use a cell phone card. :) dawsongirl 12-29-2008, 02:05 AM Wow! Then I had to exchange a hoodie today as well. This Christmas was odd. lol ponytail 12-29-2008, 05:41 AM I had to return a knit shirt that had a hole in the back. Mom had the receipt but this shirt wasn't on it, only the 2 other items she had purchased. Apparently mom walked out of the store without paying for it. The cashier never rang it up. We took it back and the clerk said thanks for being honest. Jonathan 12-29-2008, 05:46 AM No. I don't think I have ever returned a gift except maybe clothing items. I usually like all of my gifts. Sharop 12-29-2008, 03:25 PM I'm not planning to return it but I ordered season two of Doogie Howser M.D. from a seller on amazon and got season four instead. But I've ordered season two again, from somebody else, so hopefully I'll get it this time. catlover79 12-29-2008, 04:42 PM Very true, but those return lines are the pits since half the time the people don't have their sales slips and it really slows things up. Good point. PunkyP0WER 12-29-2008, 06:21 PM i put my garfield video game on ebay but it has no bids lol |
