Has this situation happened to you before? When I was unemployed 2 years ago, I filled out so many applications and had a few interviews. At some of these interviews, they say, " we will call you when we make a decision", only to never hear from them again. One place was at least nice enough to send me a letter saying I didn't get the job. Or other times, when filling out an application, they say they are not hiring at the time, then you walk in 4 days later and there is someone new working there. It burns me up when they lie!

I've been having the exact same problem. I've had wonderful interviews but never any call backs. I think it has to do with economics and payroll up to this point. I'm going to start up again in the Spring when the time is right and employers are actually looking to hire and the front office actually has the revenue to pay their employees.

Been there done that, it sucks.

It does suck so bad.
