I think the woman was Wendy Camp. She and two of her relatives dissapeared after they were dropped off at the WalMart. There was a fight between her and her ex husband's relatives about wanting to see her son more.
I am pretty sure that the relatives of the ex husband had something to do with her dissapearance and pssible murder. The ex husband claimed that he murdered Wendy and her relatives, but said it only out of a drunken stupor? Give me a break! That does not add up. During the interview segments, his relatives seemed a little on the nervous side like they did something.
One of the ex husband's relatives claims that Wendy complained on the whole car trip about her visitation rights to her son. If I was in her shoes, I would be b*tch*ng too if I could not see my son that often.
I think that the ex husband of hers is a jerk because he divorced Wendy because she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Its a little fishy that they would contact Wendy out of the blue to offer her more time with her son when the whole time, they tried to sabatoge her visitations. I think that was a trap. Wendy and her two relatives that she was traveling with suddenly dissapearing like that after the trip is bogus! They would have called for someone to pick them up at that WalMart.

Good points, all of them... I think it's pretty accepted on these boards that the ex-husband and his family were involved in Wendy's disappearance. Someone posted an update about a year ago that they were waiting to ID some bones that were found that were possibly those of Wendy. Haven't heard an update on that one...

I think everyone in that ex-husbands family is guilty as sin. That story of dropping them off at Walmart so they could meet someone else to drive them home is BS!

These guilty criminals have walked around free for far too long! How about that update?

Wendy's sister(?) posted here that Beverly Noe and Ida Pruitt (Chad Noe's mother and grandmother) were convicted of arson a few years back. Hopefully they all will be held accountable for their worse crimes at some point in the future.

I never found Chad Noe's story believable.

However, Stack mentioned that there was at least one sighting of one of the missing family members after the disappearance. I wish UM would have gone into more detail about this but the witness apparently wanted to remain anonymous.

I would guess this "witness" is someone on Chad Noe's side of the family. But that is just a guess.

That was/is a case that seemed so obvious but mostly circumstantial!

It's obvious that Chad Noe and company had something to do with her disappearance, and what's even more disturbing is they also had a had in the most likely murder of Wendy's young child and Wendy's sister-in-law...both of whom were at the wrong place at the wrong time. I highly doubt any of them did the actual murder, but I think they definitely paid someone to do it.

Chad Noe was absolutely lying through his teeth in his interview, he kept blinking and twitching his lips, and his voice kept cracking in and out of speaking sentences, the guy is definitely guilty.

Okay, seriously. We've talked about his case enough. I think everyone is tired of hearing all the "bitchin' and moanin'." :D :D :D :D

OSBI hopes reward cracks open cold case

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is hoping a $$5,000 reward will help crack a 15-year-old cold case.

It was 15 years ago today that Wendy Camp, her 6-year-old daughter Cynthia Britto and Camp's sister-in-law Lisa Kregear went missing after visiting a relative in Shamrock in Creek County.

The three had visited Camp's young son and his father, who lived in Shamrock. At about 5 o-clock, Camp called her husband from a Shamrock business and said they were on their way back to Oklahoma City, but the three never returned.

Camp's former mother-in-law -- who drove the three -- told state investigators she dropped them off in Chandler, but no one reported seeing them.

Camp -- who walked with a limp because of multiple sclerosis -- was described as 5-foot-3 and 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Her daughter Cynthia also has brown hair and eyes and would now be 21 years old. Kregear was 5-foot-4 and 130 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Details of Disappearance

Camp was last seen with her young daughter, Cynthia Britto, and her sister-in-law, Lisa Kregear, on May 29, 1992. They were last seen after being dropped off by Camp's former mother-in-law at a Wal-Mart store in Chandler, Oklahoma. Camp had recently received visitation rights to see her son and the women planned to visit him in Shamrock, Oklahoma that day with Britto. Camp's husband told authorities that his wife called him from a pay phone in Shamrock later during the day and said she, Britto and Kregear were coming home. They never arrived in Chandler and have not been heard from again. Foul play is suspected in the three females' cases.

I was channelling Chad's grandma there. You know... that lady no one (including me) likes? I don't think anyone likes her! Her tone and attitude was just off: "We didn't do nuthin'! And I know it's true...because it's true!" or something similiar.

I think the makers of UM thoguht so too because during the re-enactment filming and Wendy was on the payphone calling Leon they showed Chad's sister talking to Ida and they looked at each other and then looked at Wendy with a "look" like, "Oh boy....we are gonna get her but good!"

Chad "Blinky" Noe doesn't help matters any.
