Will the Steamers go 3-0 and give the Beagles the boot out of the playoffs, or will the Steamers stink-up another bomb?

Anywho, this may be the last Steamers MNF game for a VERY long time!

This will be VERY lopsided.

Over/under; 10 sacks for the blitzing Eagles?

Eagles not wearing the black jerseys tonight.

Perhaps they'll wear them next week in Washington?

Just for calling us the BEAGLES, I hope we especially kick Cleveland's ASS tonight lol

7-3 EAGLES

Probably- Most Likely.

Nice TD by Curtis. Cleveland came back with a FG lol. Story of their season.

Donovan is a F*CKIN beast (tonight). Look out Washington & DALLAS.

And that's why DeSean Jackson will NEVER be a QB lol...INT Cleveland.

10-3 Philly

TOUCHDOWN & INTERCEPTION- ASANTE SAMUEL

WHOOOOOO HAHAHAHA

Welcome to PHILLY, ASANTE!

Pick 6. Last one was a Pat, vs. the Eagles.

17-3 EAGLES.

Btw, anybody notice this but Samuels dropped the ball like an inch in the endzone? I think he was pulling a DeSean Jackson joke LOL and making fun of the situation. Funny and great regardless. I was waiting for that play and TD by him to happen, and I FINALLY got it.

Be honest, Wrecky- has Asante been worth the big contract?

Other than an interception in Week 2 against Dallas, I don't recall him doing much this year until that.

^ Yeah he hasn't had the BEST season but he hasn't been bad. He's dropped like 5/6 what would of been INTs. I think this was his 3rd or 4th INT of the year, but his first TD of the year and as an Eagle. Overall, he is definitely worth the big money on his contract and I am not worried. He just needs to catch some balls better lol, but to be fair, some of them he dove for and were out of his reach, so they would be hard for any CB to make a catch on.

Btw, sack by TRENT Cole- BALLIN.

The Eagles have not had a TRUE pick-six/interception threat since Eric Allen. I think Philly is trying to get one of those guys that can get an instant touchdown for the defense.

BTW, I think Samuel could get a few more pick-sixes this season- Dorsey might throw another bad pass, Jason Campbell is not looking good, and we all know about Romo.

I think he'll have one, possibly two more if he gets the right matchup one on one. Campbell is the least likely of the 3 to throw a pick. Although him and the Skins have been shaky and bad the last few weeks, he didn't throw a pick at one span of 250 passes. Hopefully he turns into a beast the next 2 1/2 games though.

Eagles 17-3- HALFTIME. Refs blew it. 30 seconds left and it took them 20+ seconds to spot the ball. See, it's that little brown object on the field. You know? It can be used by a QB to throw the ball, a RB or FB to rush and for other things.

Anyways, Eagles up by 2 TDs. Could of been up by 3 or 17 points but oh well.

Wrecky, be lucky that INT was meaningless!

Wreckless
12-15-2008, 11:03 PM
True. I can ref better then those fools on the field lol. They didn't stop, stop the play clock and check the spot of the ball. They just sat their like dimwitted idiots! Oh well, we are still up but I wanted the Baskett throw to be a TD. It would of been if it was thrown to the back of the endzone, and not underthrown.

30-3 Eagles; Go Away Cleveland.

Well, I was way off on my predictions of 10 sacks and 300 combined rushing/recieving yards for Westbrook, but it's still a rout.

Why is Cleveland on so many National games? lol

I knew this game was going to be a blow out before I even watched it. A third string QB starting at the Linc. lol

FSU, because Kolb is in their and as of recent, most of his passes have been INTs. Not a bad player but he's young and not getting any playing time, so bear with us. We'll just run out the clock and win this one. 30-10.

Big C
12-16-2008, 12:29 AM
Well, I may have predicted the final outcome correctly, but when it comes to predicting team and individual achievements, I am NOT Carnac the Magnificent.

I said Westbrook would have over 300 rushing and recieving yards combined- he couldn't even exceed 100!

I thought the Eagles might have a shot to break their record of 11 sacks in a game- only ONE SACK?!

After this season...the Steamers would be lucky if they are on at all, even in Cleveland!

They REALLY are the Mistake-on-the-Lake. And I shall be taking the Browns to the Super Bowl...again!

An MSNBC Sports article had a great line that I think sums up the Eagles:

"the team that refuses to die no matter how many stakes you drive through its heart."

Wreckless

I agree. And the teams fighting for playoff positions play the best going into the playoffs and have a good chance at winning it all, as much as the division leader s do. Example, the Giants of last year.

Yeah that is a perfect article about the eagles.... I have my negative feelings towards reid, but in crunchtime he has those guys ready to go.... There is no quit in my team... ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!!!

IF the eagles get in, watch out!!!!!!! Anything is possible... There is no 1 dominant team... Amy of the 6 teams who make it have a shot
