If the projects was so bad with crime, why did Florida let a stranger (the blind con man selling encyclopedias aka Micheal's Principal in Season 1 or Seaon 2 lol) not being invited in to come directly into their home letting him have a seat and offering him something to drink and giving the stranger/con artist James last donut for him when he got off of work?:crazy:

Also, why did James directly sign a contract on the enclycopedias not reading the contract at all while the con artist was there at the time of the sale, but James read the contract after signing it when the con artist left?:crazy:

Also, why did the blind con artist state that he did not know about the clauses in the contract but he was the saleman.

Also, when the con artist gave James his money back, the con artist only had the "real" $5.00 bill that James gave him on top of all that fake play money lol?:lol:
