Scene- Apartment
Jack, Janet, Blizzard, Terri, and Larry are sitting on the couch

The doorbell rings

Blizzard answers it. Standing there is-- Mr. and Mrs. Roper

Blizzard: Jack, Janet, there's a clown and my grandfather standing in the door!

Mrs. Roper: Chrissy, that's not nice!

Blizzard: I'm not Chrissy! I'm Blizzard C. Snow.

Stanley: Blizzard See Snow?

Blizzard: No! Blizzard C. Snow!

Stanley: Blizzard Seez Snow?

Jack: Okay, you two stop it! Now, Mister, Misses Roper, are you visiting?

Helen: We own the building!

Janet: But we thought that Miss Wilson owned the building

Miss Wilson enters

Helen: Wilia, have you been lying, AGAIN?

Terri: Who is she then?

Helen: A temporary landlady while we were in Arizona, (Looking at Stanley) doing nothing!

Wilia: I'm so sorry!

Willia exits

Larry: It's nice haveing the Ropers back!

They chatter as screen fades
