Jerry Jones needs to shut his mouth. Barber carried the Cowboys on his back in that Redskin game. If it wasn't for him, yesterday's game wouldn't have mattered. Choice did very well yesterday in relief. Bad coaching...go for it on 4th and inches and give it to our slowest player on the team..our FB Deon Anderson. And all those turnovers put a nail in the coffin. You can't win when you turn the ball over like that. The Cowboys were lucky to be in the game with those turnovers. Exactly, so that way it will be another option. He will never be benched no matter how bad he plays because there is no one to bench him for-lol

I think the coaches do coach the team. However when a problem happens, the players just go to Jerry. He has the final say about things. The coaches have no real power. He also loves the spotlight. I think he is totally in charge of our draft...I don't know how much imput Wade actually has. He reminds me...and I hate to say this...of Al Davis. Jerry is in total control and he tells the coaches to coach who he brings in. Their has only been 2 coaches since Jerry bought the team that has had control and that was Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcells. Barry Switzer won a SB and was a great college coach but he was able to win because he inherited a veteran team who already knew how to win. The team Wade has is very talented but they don't know how to win.
