i agree. every human between the ages of 13 and 24 thinks that the only reason anyone would be a virgin is because no one wants to **** them. kind of ironic how many of them think they were able to lose it because they were ~*wOrThY*~ when in reality it was because they were worthless to their partner.

alcohol is almost as rancid as coffee. no wait, worse. no wait, i don't know. i remember the last time i tried champagne. i took about half a sip and desperately wanted to throw it up, just to get that **** out of me. gross, nasty. many teenagers think that drinking it makes them look mature, but it actually does the exact opposite in that it shows how ****ing irresponsible and naive they are.

There's plenty of guys out there who'd want to screw me, but I'm not easy and I'm not doing it with anyone unless I truley love them and expect to be with them for a long time. No, no, I'm way too much of a prude. I feel like very few people out there think like me. I have one friend who agrees that it's better to wait, but other girls here at school like to screw the first guy they come into contact with and it's just disgusting to me to just do it with anyone. Hell, even if it is a boyfriend...he should be someone you're serious with, not just a random douche you're casually dating. I know girls who are screwed up psychologically because of doing it with someone who just let them down after, and one friend of mine got pregnant and had to deal with the emotional problems that come along with that (she gave the baby up for adoption). She almost killed herself at one point. It's just better to wait, for so many reasons. My life's screwed up enough as it is, I'm not going to add more screwy things (no pun intended) to it.

Losing yer virginity. Teen sex is SO GODDAMN OVERRATED. Really. I waited until after I'd gotten out of HS and I'm damn glad I did, because I'm sure it would have sucked if I had lost mine at, say, 14 or 15. 14yos in our society shouldn't even be THINKING about sex anyway, when we have MUCH longer lifespans and when they're still already in school. But if you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE SEX then use your damn head! SAFE SEX! You can go even more wild when you get to college and leave your teens.

Same here. Personally I just hate the taste of alcohol, but I've been out to dinner with my boyfriend several times where he's had a beer or two and it's no big deal. Like Ashlee said, it's the bingers and whatnot who seem to consume more alcohol in one sitting than I drink of any liquid all day.

Okay, Not to give y'all TMI, but I lost mine about a year ago with my current bf. It's not like I felt like I HAD to do it or else he would leave me or whatever it was just something I had thought about for a while and def talked about it with him for a lonnnnnng time. Discussing different senerios and junk.

But it's really not the whole "CANDLEZ AND ROSESZ LULZ ROMANCE AND KITTEHZ" deal. It was pretty painful actually. But the important thing was I felt ready, we were safe, and it was with someone I love dearly.

virginity loss, no question. in my school you'd be surprised how many people, both guys and girls, think that the second they lose their virginity they're instantly more mature and functional as a human being. it takes much more maturity to wait for the right person, someone decent who treats you with respect and CARES about you (rather than someone who treats you like a blow-up sex doll, or someone whose only purpose in life is to be there to relieve you when you're horny). people i know say i'm a prude for feeling this way but i can't help it. i'm not afraid to have sex. i just choose not to add more complications into my life at an age when i'm not mature enough to handle the consequences.

yesterday i received a disturbing piece of news from my ex girlfriend, telling me she and one of my guy exes had sex. and she was bragging about it, and when i told her i wasn't interested in hearing about it, her response was "maybe if you were out getting some action you wouldn't be so bitter. we used a condom so i won't get pregnant". heh. condoms certainly don't stop you from getting hurt.

 she's a prime example of the teenagers i'm talking about. they think losing virginity shows that you're "worthy", when in many cases with teenagers, it only happened because their partners thought they were UNworthy of being treated as decent human beings. they think everyone wants sex, that no one ever refuses any opportunities they get for it, and that there aren't such things as people who want to remain virgins for life. that condom comment also shows how little she knows about what she's doing. they only have a 98% chance of preventing pregnancy, no matter how properly they're used.

ohh definitely. also in their situation, nobody was home but the two of them and there was an available bedroom. which obviously shows that there could have been sex regardless of who the other person was. it was a convenient situation, both were horny and knowing the type of person they both are, they'd probably have done it with anyone moderately attractive (or not, for all i know) and willing.

on myspace i've received plenty of suggestive comments from guys and girls (mostly guys, they tend to be worse) and they don't flatter me. i mean it's good to know there are people who find me attractive but i'd much prefer if someone got to know me as a person before making such comments.
