I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of Christmas music. Not because I'm some Scrooge or anything like that. I love the holiday season. I simply just don't like the music. Infact, I find some of it very depressing. Some Christmas songs that I do like are "Happy X-Mas (War Is Over)" by John Lennon. "Christmas Wraping" by the Waittrsses and "Do They Know It's Christmas Time" by Band Aid.

Michael, I seriously considered buying Martina's Christmas CD, but I decided against it because I figured that I really wouldn't like it, even if it is Martina. Just like I don't like the Timeless album, even though its Martina too.

Yeah, I can understand that. If you don't enjoy Christmas music, then chances are you wouldn't enjoy the album.

i don't have a favorite Christmas CD (Carrie hasn't come out with one yet. lol) but i love Christmas music. i have an Elvis Christmas album that i may give a listen to sometime today. this will be my first listen, btw.

One of my favorites would have to be A Very Special Christmas.

My favorite Christmas album is "A Cradle in Bethlehem" by Sylvia. What makes it even more special to me is knowing it was my Mom's favorite Christmas album. I miss her more than words can express. She passed away 4 years ago.

She'd listen to this album throughout the whole year, not just around Christmastime. Her favorite song on it was "Ave Maria". She'd love to play it for her 3 year old granddaughter as they drove around in the car.

Such special memories this beautiful album holds.

Every year I always buy a new Christmas cd to get into the Christmas spirit and one cd I recommend is Kristin Chenoweth's A Lovely Way To Spend Christmas and it was my first Kristin Chenoweth album and I was surprised at how great Kristin sang Christmas songs and she does a wonderful Christmas cover of the Sesame Street song Sing and it's a good album. I also like the A Very Special Christmas series and I have two of the albums which are also good too. I do wish that Carrie Underwood would release a Christmas album too because she could sing Christmas songs so beautiful
