I saw the series Finale of Tool time last night and I remember reading that the guy who played Wilson revealed his mouth on stage but it looks like that is not the case in syndication.

On the original night of the series finale ABC aired a one hour series finale followed by a half hour backstage pass where Wilson showed his face. Unfortunately the backstage pass isn't shown in syndication. I don't know if it's on the season 8 DVD or not.

Yes, the "Backstage Pass" episode is on the Season 8 DVDs. It is rather entertaining.

TV.com is almost getting as bad as Wikipedia - you can't trust it most of the time anymore.

But, the Backstage Pass is very entertaining - I'm very glad Disney included that on the season 8 DVD.
