It seems there were two FKB reunion specials which aired in '77 and '78. I ordered them from iOffer and both are on dvd. I seen the first one which was pretty good the interior/exterior of the house looked different. The A/V I would rate at fair, it's poor vhs quality, these would make great extras on future Father Knows Best releases and they'd probably remaster them.

I loved seeing these on USA in the late '80s/early 90s during the holiday season--they were fun and sappy to watch! I sure hope they do come as extras--just 4 more seasons to go!

Is it true that there were plans for a second FKB series when these specials were released?

I wasn't aware of any plans to do a FKB revival series as a result of these reunions, but anything was possible. FTR, these reunions were on videotape.

I read that on a webpage where a person was selling the reunion specials. I didn't think so.
