The Spurs celebrated Manu Ginobili's season debut with a 91-84 victory at Memphis. The 6-foot-6 guard from Argentina had missed San Antonio's first 12 games while coming back from offseason ankle surgery. He scored 12 points in 11 minutes. Rookie George Hill led the Spurs with 20 points. :D
