At one point I read that, by the time that this show came out, disco was dead. I would be quite interested in whether other fans agree or disagree with this statement. I know that disco was very popular in the late seventies but I am not sure if it had completely fizzled out by 1981. Although disco is not my really my cup of tea, I am crazy about ABBA! I have a lot of their DVDs and I love them to death! For quite some time, "Dancing Queen" was my absolute favorite song! It has been surpassed only by "The Power in my Purse"! This is a rap song from the movie known as "Marci X". Has anyone reading this post seen this movie? It was my favorite movie of all times! One of the many things that I liked about this film was the part played by Christine Baranski. Well, another movie that is very close behind "Marci X" in my order of preference is "Mamma Mia!" This is another one that Christine appeared in. Well, one thing that the character played by Christine had in common with Julie Kinisky is that they both looked hot in dress boots! Wow! Well, I have recently seen ads for the release of this movie on a two DVD set. Because I usually do not watch movies more than once or twice, I prefer to rent them rather than buy them. However, because of how special this movie in general and the site of Christine in particular is to me, I will probably make an exception! Is anyone reading this planning on buying or renting this set?
