I haven't any pictures of him TODAY, but I have a lot of his work
over MANY decades. Under the name TOM NARZ, he was the announcer
for a local L.A. panel show called WORDS ABOUT MUSIC. As Tom Kennedy,
he was the announcer for A DATE WITH THE ANGELS starring Betty White(which morphed into the BETTY WHITE SHOW-a variety series on ABC),
and then came all the game shows (BIG GAME, GOING GOING GONE,
YOU DON'T SAY, SPLIT SECOND, TO SAY THE LEAST, 50 GRAND SLAM,
WHEW!, PASSWORD, NAME THAT TUNE, BODY LANGUAGE, and so on).

There was a character actor with the name of Tom Kennedy who appeared in a number of short-subject comedies-some Shemp-era Three Stooges, among other things-during the '40s and 50s. I wonder if Jim Narz renamed himself TK after the actor.

I remember watching that show. It was also the first game show Rod Roddy announced. I remember his opening of "Close calls! Narrow escapes! Split second decisions! And $25,000 in cash! A combination guaranteed to make you say WHEW!" Also memorable was Tom Kennedy's descriptions of the Gauntlet of Villians "I would like to introduce you to ten of the most___________ ever to come between a contestant and his money."
