I've been invited to join "The Mathletes" at my school, however, I'm not for sure what being a member means. I'm aware that they compete in rallies and solve difficult math problems. What kind of stuff do they do? Is it a national thing?

Has anyone ever been a mathlete? At my school it's reserved for the super smart kids, I think. Anyway, if someone could shed some light on this, that'd be awesome. :wave:

it's pretty much like a team sport. except you go to challenges and compete, but everything is revolved around math. good luck if you chose to join!
