I would say that the "Facts of Life" and "Gimme a Break!" were two shows that were very popular with the group of pre-teens and teens would would grow up to be the first generation of Yuppies. "Mad About You" came around after they had the chance to become the first generation of Yuppies! Another bridge between those shows and "Mad About You" is that, during her teenage years Helen Hunt made one guest appearance on each of those sereis. In the recent past, a few people other than me have had the urge to post messages on the pages of both of those other shows. I wonder if the same thing will happen here any time soon!
