EPISODES

Ep1: Pilot Episode:
Tom and Lynette pack up the four kids and head to Philadelphia. Once the family arrives in their new hometown, the Scavos get settled into their new house and new neighborhood. Tom consoles a sad Penny, who misses her old friends back in Fairfield. Meanwhile, Parker tags along with Preston and a meloncholy Porter as the trio of brothers explore the neighborhood. Also, Lynette misses her friends/neighbors.

Ep2: First Days:
The kids begin their first day at their new schools. Parker becomes victim to a class bully, where Penny is accepted warmly by a few girls in her class. Up at the high school, Preston and Porter have different experiences. Preston gets invited to sit at the "cool" table at lunch, as where a still-depressed Porter remains emotionally distant from his new classmates and teachers (which ends up causing a few sticky situations). Elsewhere, Tom and Lynette (both now unemployed since the move) sit down and really start their job-hunting.

Ep3: Preoccupied:
Tom and Lynette get a shocking phone call informing them that Tom's illegimate daughter, Kayla's maternal grandparents were just in a serious automobile accident and both in critical condition, and Kayla could use some support. After talking about it for a day, both Tom and Lynette drive to Michigan to be with Kayla and her hospitalized grandparents. With their parents gone and out of town, Porter decides he has some unfinished business to take care of and catchs a bus back to Fairfield. Preston has a bad feeling about Porter going back and decides to go back with him, leaving Parker and Penny home together.

Ep4: Travel Companion or Accomplice?:
At first, Porter doesn't want Preston to join him, but after it becomes too late and the bus takes off, Porter comes around to having Preston with him on his way back to Fairfield. Porter still refuses to inform Preston of his plans of why he "has to" come back to Fairfield. Meanwhile, Lynette, Tom, and Kayla learn Kayla's maternal grandparents have passed away (her grandpa died on the surgical table, her grandma died of heart complications during his sleep). As Kayla mourns over their deaths, Tom and Lynette contemplate what to do next. They mutually agree to have Kayla come live with them. Elsewhere, Parker and Penny watch a scary movie, and become frightened and must band together to battle their fears and imaginations (thanks to the horror movie).

Ep5: Welcome Back:
As Tom and Lynette arrive back home with Kayla and attempt to inform the other kids of what is happening, they soon learn the whereabouts of the twins. While Tom and Lynette head back to Fairfield to bring back the boys, Preston becomes well-aware of his brother's intentions when they arrive at the home of the Schilling family. Porter demands to speak with Ann, but his former friend, Kirby refuses to let Porter see his mom and threatens to tell his dad (Warren) that he stopped by if he doesn't leave. Hearing the commotion at the front door, Ann arrives and sees Porter at the door with a furious Kirby. Just when matters can't get any worse, Porter is told by Ann that she wants to cut all ties with him and go their separate ways in fear of Warren finding out again. A frustrated and upset Porter reluctantly leaves, meanwhile, meets Preston back at the bus station where Tom and Lynette just arrived and come to Preston's aid just in time from an irate Warren (who mistakes Preston for Porter).

Ep6: Move On From The Past:
Tom and Lynette punish both Porter and Preston. Also, Kayla's beginning to hit it off with the Scavo kids (for the very first time ever). Lynette must scramble to get everything in her life back to normal, after she receives a job offer at the local radio station to co-host a morning radio talk show with the well-known, well-liked Sharon Smith (Margaret Colin). During the interview, Sharon persuades Lynette into accepting with a great deal of incentives. Meanwhile, Porter struggles to get past Ann's breaking up with him, which is beginning to annoy the entire family by now (especially Preston).
