I saw some of one epiode and that's what it looked like. Is that seriously what it's all about ?

its a bad remake of a British show; the guy is basically trying to get married and get his fiancee's parents to like him and everything goes wrong in the worst possible way and everything keeps getting worse and worse.

the UK series was good, this one is way too predictable, and a lot of the jokes/gags were stolen from other sitcoms.

well, I like it; but then I never saw the british version.

However, I don't see how they can keep up that premise every week; it's already starting to wear thin. Maybe though, since Sam & Mel are getting maried now; they'll change the premise.

I assume they can expand the story line and work that inside the sideline.
