There was an episode where Sam starts some type of T-Shirt business.Jonathan starts seeing how much money she was making and gets jealous.I remember seeing this episode years ago when I was just starting to watch it in syndication.

That episode is called Ton-An Enterprises, and it's season 5 episode 108. Sam is making tie-dye shirts at Tony's suggestion because she keeps coming home with expensive ones that he says she can make herself. Tony and Angela sell them at the local flea market and Sam gets a cut hoping to pay back the money that she owes Jonathan (who is putting the squeeze on her for it) that she borrowed to buy the t-shirts. It becomes a competition for Tony and Angela to see who can sell the most. It's ok, but it's not my favorite episode.
