i like the couple Joanie and Chachi but I wonder if it was already planned since before the episode "Fools rush in" or if they so decided at the last minute because if neither was Richie?

I still continued to love after Happy Day 7th season thanks Joanie and Chachi, although I wonder if they were not originally used as a force to continue the sit com.

From the moment Chachi appeared on the scene he was chasing Joannie. I think it was only a matter of time before he would eventually catch her and they would become a couple. :wave:
