I will be touring a couple apartments this weekend. I have finally decided that it's time for me to get a place of my own, so that's my plans for Friday. I don't have any plans for Saturday and Sunday, but I'm thinking of going and seeing a movie on Sunday if I can scrounge a little money together. That's about it.

I'm going to be seeing my cousin get married. Not only that, but I'm part of the wedding. (I just hope I don't have to dance with me ex, because she's what John Travolta said in "Saturday Night Fever".)

Tomorrow I'm going to be cleaning my bedroom throughly and I'm going to try to get rid of some old clothes and tomorrow night my friend is having a baby shower at her house. Sunday I will spend the day watching football.

Tomorrow is church. Tonight, I am picking up my first ever laptop!! :dance: party: :bouncers :jig: Hopefully sometime this weekend I can get my brother-in-law (a tech genius) to help me hook it up.

I started my first day at my new job today, it was basically a meeting at the place where we'll be working, Police Plaza right next to City Hall here in New York City.

This job is going to be a bit of a pain. I really can't go into any details since it is classified, but becasue we're working in a high security building, there is lots of coordinating to be done between diferent departments throughout the building. Basically, you can't do anything on this job without having a meeting about it a week in advance.

There is still some more meeitngs next week, more talking about stuff, but hopefully we'll be up and running sometime next week.


Other thatn that, not much else going on this weekend. I think I might have to pick up some job related stuff, like a new bag to carry things in.

Do you ever just not want to do a darn thing during the weekend? That's the kind of weekend I'm hoping to have, other than helping out with youth group on Saturday night and church on Sunday morning. I just want to sit around and hang out with my girlfriend. And sleep.

I found an apartment I liked today, and put in an application. They said it usually takes about 3 to 9 months for a spot to open, so it looks like I'll have my own place finally in the next several months. I'm pretty excited about it!! :)

friday - i went to macys and bought birthday gifts for my husband as 11/14 was his birthday. then i went to the grocery store and bought ingredients for a cake and when i got home i baked him a double layer chocolate cake, cleaned the house and later in the night worked 3rd shift.

Saturday - after work, go to walmart to get dog food. rest of the day i'll veg at home.

Sunday - church, work 2nd shift (for the last time before my hours are cut)
