Just wondering if anyone has bought the complete series box set, and if so how you are enjoying it. I can't afford it right now, but in a few months I'd like to get it. The only seasons of S&S I have on DVD is 2 and 5 so I'm interested in having all the episodes, even though I remember Season 6 (last one) was a little weak.

I haven't because I have all 6 seasons. I don't know why Sony decide to have a complete box set when the entire season has been release one by one. I feel I wasted my money. But, how were we supposed to know that someday in the future, the entire series would be released at once.

I have all 6 seasons on DVD by Columbia Tristar. They are all very nicely packaged. Each season is a three disk set with the exception of Season One which is two disks. It doesn't sound like the new SONY version has anything more to offer than what I already have so I won't be buying it. Apparently it has been designed and packaged at a more economical retail price.

Yes. I just received it a few days after the release on October 28th. Since I didn't have any of the previously released sets this was a great bargain. I paid $47 US for all seasons. I have watched up to mid-third season so far and the quality of the set is excellent.
