Hey again!!! Ok well heres the next episode in the "Jack and Janet" series i wrote.
#2- Janet's Niece
Scene 1- Apartment
Janet: [on the phone] Oh really?? Of course you can you know you're welcome here!!! Oh oh oh ok thats wonderful sweetie! OK bye!
Jack: Hey Janet who was that?
Janet: That was my little niece Jessica. Her parents are going on vacation and she needs us to baby sit her. She will be staying at the apartment for three days. I hope thats alright.
Jack: Grrrrrr
Janet: Why whats wrong with that?
Jack: Janet, exactly how old is your little niece???
Janet: She's five.
Jack: Grrrr!!!
Janet: Whats wrong???
Jack: Janet, we're married now. How would you feel if there was a little girl constantly getting in our way?
Janet: Oh Jack she won't bother us. I'll tell her to behave.
Jack: You better!!
3 hours later.......
[Doorbell rings]
Janet: Oh hi Jessica sweetie!!
Jessica: Hi Auntie Janet.
Janet: Jessica, I'd like you to meet someone very special. Jack!!! Come here!
Jack: What is it Janet? Oh is this your little niece?
Janet: Yes Jack. This is Jessica.
Jack: Oh hi!! I'm Janet's new husband Jack!
Jessica: Thats great.
Jack: She doesnt seem too interested in me Janet!!!
Janet: Oh Jack shes just shy! Well, i have to go to the flower shop now so please honey, just be nice to her and keep her company. [to Jessica]Auntie Janet has to go to work now. Uncle Jack will be here with you though. Then, I'm SURE, Jack would love to take you to his restaurant later today!
Jack: WHAT?!?!!?
Janet: Thanks a lot Jack bye Jessica!! [Janet Exits]
Jessica: Mr., I mean Uncle Jack, Can Henry sleep here too?
Jack: YOU ALREADY HAVE A BOYFRIEND AT FIVE YEARS OLD???
Jessica: No silly Uncle Jack! Henry is my teddy bear!!
Jack: Oh in that case yes of course Henry can sleep here too! Any..teddy bear...of yours is a teddy bear of mine! Where is Henry?
Jessica: Right here. [shows Jack her teddy bear] Henry says hello.
Jack: Oh yeah ummm tell him i said hello too.
Listen Jessica we have to go to my restaurant now. I'll make you some lunch there alright?
Jessica: OK but you have to make lunch for Henry too!
Jack: Yeah ok fine lets go!
Scene 2- Jack's Bistro
[Jessica and Jack enter Jack's Bistro]
Jack: Alright Jessica, now Uncle Jack has to make lunch for you and all the other customers.
Jessica: And Henry too!!
Jack: Ummm yeah Henry too. So just sit down and behave ok?
Jessica: I try.
Jack: [walks into the kitchen] Alright great. [to himself] What do teddy bears eat anyway? [audience laughs]
Commercial Break
Scene 3- Jack's Bistro
[Jack walks out of the kitchen and walks into some very angry customers.]
Customer: Are you in charge of this restaurant?
Jack: Yes....why?
Customer: [points to Jessica] This girl spilled my soup all over me!!!
Jack: Jessica!!!! What did you do that for?
I'm sorry sir I'll give you a new bowl!
Customer: I dont want a new bowl! I'm leaving!
Jack: Great look what you did!! Don't ever speak to me again!!!
Scene 4- Later that day.......At the Apartment
Janet: Oooooo Jack Tripper you've really done it this time!!!
Jack: What did i do?
Janet: You stole Jessica's teddy bear!!
Jack: WHAT?!?!
Janet: Her teddy bear is missing!! And even though you two didnt get off to the best start, this was a really mean thing to do!
Jack: Janet i did not steal her teddy bear!!!
Janet: Well thats not her story. Shes in the bathroom crying! AND...shes also sad because..."her uncle Jack said he never wanted to talk to her!." She really misses her parents and just wants some attention.
Jack: Oh no Janet i did say that!! I have to find her teddy bear so she will forgive me! I'll go down and look at the bistro right now!
Janet: Alright Jack.
An hour later.....
Jack: Jessica!!! Some one wants to see you!
Jessica: [overjoyed] Henry!!!
Janet: Oh Jack honey you found it!!!
Jessica: Thank you Uncle Jack. I don't know what i would do without Henry. You're the best uncle i ever had! [hugs Jack]
Janet: Awwwww look Jack!
Jack: Yeah thanks Jessica. You're not bad yourself.
3 days later.....
[Jessica goes home]
Janet: Bye Jessica! See you soon!
Jessica: Bye auntie Janet! Bye Uncle Jack!
Jack: Bye!!!
Janet: She is really something isnt she?
Jack: Yeah Janet. You know what?
Janet: What honey?
Jack: [puts his arm around janet] These past three days....
Janet: Yes.....
Jack: I felt like....
Janet: What?
Jack: I felt like....we had a child of our own!!!
