I don't see how bad of a statement this is. The Cardinals are leading their division, have a great offense and receiving core, defense and even special teams. They are profound & solid on all 3 sides of the football. I wouldn't surprised if they got to the superbowl and hope they do if Philly doesn't- forget the Giants. I'm sick of hearing about how surprising it would be for a team, in any sport realistically, to make it to the superbowl or championship game, other then a NY team, the Cowboys, Lakers etc. Their are other teams out their & the other teams out their have won championships other then the teams I mentioned before.

Slow down, the Cards are losing 14-3 to the Niners right now

He's right.

Let's face it- times have changed. Arizona's not the same old team.

Besides, if the Rays can make the World Series, why not Arizona in a Super Bowl?

They have the weapons and their defense is better than you think.

I'll believe it when I see it. I've always thought the Cards were a cursed franchise. They haven't won a title simce 1947 and have only won a single playoff game since....yea I know it was the Cowboys.

When the Cardinals trailed big in their loss to the Jets, they at least fought back and made it close, unlike Dallas against the Rams, who just gave up.

Arizona has more heart than the overhyped and overrated Cowboys.

Everyone has more heart than the Cowboys...what's your point? They're going to need more than that to win a SB. They also play in the worst division in the NFC. I wonder how they would do in a stronger division? It's a nice story but I have to see more of them before I think they are SB contenders.

True lol, 14-13 now! Good game though. I thought this would be a real sh*tty game, due to the matchup, it's not that intriguing. Arizona is an excellent team though and SF looks like it might be trying to make an uprise and improve before playoffs start in 2 months.

He just made another dumb statement

Kerry Collins is about to pass joe montana on the all time passing list

10 Joe Montana 40,551
14 KERRY COLLINS 36,242

He's closing in- I can see him doing it eventually.

Well that was a fact Solomon lol. I know you mean he's not on the same level as Montana, but when you stay healthy, been around awhile and have been good enough to be starters on football teams, sooner or later you will be up their stats wise and might break records, ala Favre lol.

I just can't stand when Jackson goes "WHAT?" in the most annoying, little girl voice lol. It annoys the hell out of me, STOP IT.

But it's a meaningless stat, lol Who cares if he passes joe rock, he still has no rings

I know...it's not meaningless but I agree with you.

Edit: A lot of great quarterbacks don't have rings. I don't measure success and great players by rings- because football is a team sport and teams get rings, not just quarterbacks by themselves.

What if that was Romo, instead of Collins, who was about to pass Joe. Would you still not care?
