The Blazers may be 2-3, but you have to keep in mind their schedule to start off the season. So far they've played against the best of the Western conference, and only two of those games were at home. Every team they've played so far was a team who had 50 or more wins last year, so with that in mind, 2-3 really isn't all that bad. They should have beaten Utah, but they let that game go. While 2-3 isn't impressive, their wins over San Antonio (Who they had previously lost to 13 times in a row), and their win against Houston was very impressive. They should get better as the season goes on, and as their schedule becomes a little more kind.

As long as the Cleveland Steamers Basketball Club beats Detroit and Boston, then I'll be happy and call them the Cavs. (Too bad they're the only team that may go all the way though.):(

They've now won 3 in a row, including their most recent which was a big one in Orlando, making their record 4-3. I looked at their upcoming schedule, and it's much easier over the next several games, so we should see their record improve dramatically. I like Roy too, hence my avatar. I watched tonights game, and at the end it looked like he tweaked his back. Hopefully it was just a spasm and not something more serious, because losing him would be beyond devastating.

I'm totally impressed with Atlanta's start so far....considering what kind of team they are, they've been the last 10 years & the other great teams that are in the Eastern Conference. Impressive!

I agree. if someone told me at the beginning of the season that they'd be 5-0to start the season, I wouldn't have believed it.
