Are Micky and David just dressed up as different characters (the lawyer and the older gentleman) in the audience to get the goods on Orraculo or is it coincidence that those 2 looks like a couple of Monkee members who are backstage under Orraculo's spell ???

This always confused me because they don't get slapped out of the spell till after the above part.
