Read today in the Philly Daily News, from the Associated Press that the FCC wrote to several cable operators such as Comcast, Time Warner, Cox Communications, Cablevision, and RCN about raising the price of their service and having US the consumers pay HIGHER PRICES for the same SH*T-lol

so nothing is being added, just a price hike which is why the FCC wants to investigate the pricing policies of these cable companies so they can ensure that customers are getting treated fairly.

we all know higher prices and less entertainment is plain wrong.

I say it's about freakin' time! Comcast keeps charging more and more for fewer channels.

I also think it's time to end monopolies and allow competition. I'd love to change to Verizon Fios, but can't because Comcast apparently is the only service allowed in my town.

It was also revealed in the article that Cable companies are not able to compete with satellite TV and phone companies which maybe the reason for the sneaky price rise-lol
