In the episode where Natalie overnighted with Snake, he calls up telling her he needed some time to think things over. She got really upset and thought he was breaking up with her. But then he went back to her and told her he was crazy about her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Then the next episode, the one where Jo gets married to Rick, Snake and Natalie are walking down the aisle as the best man and bridesmaid and he said something about his poker game, then we never see him again. Then, of course, by the reunion movie, she's between boyfriends. So, did Snake and Natalie ultimately decide to break up?

I guess so.

yeah, in "the first time" when snake goes and tells natalie that hes crazy about her...she decides that she doesnt really want to be THAT serious, so they kinda give each other some space...and then break up!
