so we're now up to 5 individuals that are out disks because of this guy?

...sounds like he should be someone that needs to send out about 500 disks before doing any more trades.

Well considering there were issues in 2004, I think this current issue says quite a bit.

So this guy has no good feedback, but struck up THREE trades at least, for 100 or so discs EACH!!?

I hope he sees this post and can offer some explination, and more importantly some tracking numbers for what he owes out-

I CONTACTED SAVAGE ABOUT THIS CLOWN. I WAS AWARE HE STUCK ATLAS ON THERE TRADE. CHRIS AND I HAD 100 DISC TRADE GOING. HE TOOK FOREVER IN ANSERING EMAILS. WHEN HE DID HE HAD GREAT EXCUSES, SO FORTH. ANYWAY I NEVER MAILED HIS BUNDLE. I WAS WAITING TO RECEIVE SINCE I HAD NO PREVIOUS HISTORY. HE IS A BAD TRADER AND SHOULD BE REMOVED AND BANNED FROM THIS FORUM.

I'm glad you hadn't sent, and don't think the discs are worthless, I have several times had a trade gone south and posted what I had done, and found someone to trade them out to- so don't hesitate to try posting what you have already burned, chances are someone will want to trade for them -(fingers crossed)

meanwhile, i've posted to other moderators, RobyRob here, and various google/and private trades sites to let them know the situation, so hopefully we can make sure no one else falls into this situation-
meanwhile, hopefully by posting publically he will see that he still has time to ammend things, and resolve them to save his reputation and clear things up with the community.

Chris e mailed me today saying that his wife was having some issues and that he would mail my DVDs. So hopefully this will put a positive ending on the trade.

Hi all i'm sorry to say i have also been done & i thought i was the only one. the last message i had was that he had done his neck in so i think this guy is a compulsive liar that was 3months ago now doesn't respond. I must say though i was duped into thinking he was genuine i'm from the UK and have never had a bad trade apart from with this muppet.

Hi i thought i was the only one to have been shafted by this guy, i have already posted on here so this post might duplicate. i was told by Chris that he will be sending my dvd's next day this was 3 months ago and now doesn't respond to any of my message and gave several excuses ie busy with work, bad neck injury and some other bull.

He told me his wife was having some "issues" The issues were probably that she was married to his lying ass!! :happyface :happyface

Some updates-

A couple users contacted me- that in doing a google search, in hoping to find out if he was active anywhere else, found this site- and saw he has spread out with more bad trades


Apparently, he started on

I am going to contact the moderator of the above site, so they will be made aware as well-
Officially, he has not returned one of the 4 emails I sent- and hasn't contacted one of the 6 traders he baited and didn't complete trades with- Its been over 2 months- almost 3.

In my opinion, ill be adding him to the bad trader list.

Umm, I had the same experience. He was very friendly in the beginning. Once he got his discs started giving more and more excuses. He hadn't answered my latest emails. I guess it makes me ripped off number 7 (20 discs).

just as an update to this, because Chris Persia "The Collector" has refused to respond to any contact from either myself or Kim about this situation his account has been banned, and notified that the only way for the ban to be lifted is for TJ to receive notification that ALL outstanding trades have been fulfilled.

anyone with any further information about "The Collector" or any other outstanding trades he has should please contact Kim or myself.

if your going to do 100 disc trade with someone new make them send first and check them to make sure they all are working properly

then send them so you dont get F'd in the end
