This is what I'm thinking from a few time:

I think that Richie and Lory Beth will be very similar to Howard and Marion as husband and wife, and as parents.

Instead, Chachi and Joanie will be much more modern…

Richie Cunningham will probably be an authoritarian husband at home! Lory Beth will be a very good housewife as Marion.

Chiachi and Joanie would instead probably equally share responsibilities, and I’m quite sure that Joanie would have a job:

Chachi, Music
Joanie, teacher

Concerning family decisions, Joanie would also probably have much more a say in the matter than Marion and Lory Beth.
