TVFactFan 10-29-2008, 01:51 PM For me the 3 tv shows that always will have great rewatchability is
Fresh prince
Family matters
Married with children
The 3 TV shows I like that don;t have great rewatchability is
All in the Family
Maude
Mary Tyler Moore
ekkostar 10-29-2008, 02:40 PM Three that do:
The Simpsons (Up to season 10)
Roseanne (Except the last season)
Night Court (Dan's breakdown killed the mood later on, though)
Runners up that can't be included because I got reduced to 3 are Frasier, Futurama and American Dad.
Three that don't:
Malcolm in the Middle (Second time around is kind of annoying)
Family Guy (The cutaway jokes get old fast)
South Park (Especially the later topical episodes that seem dated 2+ years later).
Chocoholic 10-29-2008, 03:50 PM Wings
The Simpsons
NewsRadio
MASH
I can watch those shows over and over again and still LOL every time.
DSfan 10-29-2008, 04:26 PM Rewatchability:
Seinfeld, Friends, Fresh Prince, That 70s Show, Saved by the Bell, Home Improvement, Wonder Years
Non-rewatchable:
Diff'rent Strokes a little bit, and definitely others which I can't think of now.
Tubehead 10-29-2008, 11:34 PM For me the 3 tv shows that always will have great rewatchability
FAMILY TIES
Quatam leap
The Wonder years
Non-rewatchable:

Murphy brown
Cheers i thouht this show was boring it just bunche of guys setting in bar getting drunk and talking about thier life.
Wreckless 10-29-2008, 11:54 PM The Fresh Prince
Happy Days
The Wonder Years
(I can also make a case for another fav. show of mine, Rescue Me)
Home Improvement
Roseanne
The George Lopez Show
I don't like those shows at all. Coincidentally they are all currently on the lineup for N@N, along with one of my favorites on the list, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air lol. Guess N@N is just back and forth as far as my heart & sitcoms go.
dawsongirl 10-30-2008, 12:47 AM hmmm....
Saved By The Bell lacks rewatchability. Maybe it's because I watched it way too much as a kid. Or I'm too old and it's too stupid. IDK.
I'll have to think of 2 others.
The Incredible Hulk, Futurama, Simpsons...just 3 with rewatchability. I have many more.
Schmoopie 10-30-2008, 12:56 AM Rewatchable shows:
Seinfeld, Full House
No Rewatchability:
Friends
Saved By The Bell
Law and Order
PunkyP0WER 10-30-2008, 01:14 AM Rewatchability:
Nurses - young, hip cast/nontopical-of-the-era humor. although 1st 2 seasons only
Commish - fresh because it doesn't rely on violence & sex to tell its story
Night Court - dark humor is like fine wine, it gets better w/ age.
Restlless Gun - you can't go wrong with a little swashbuckling adventure from time to time
NON:
-Basically any show with the nuclear family. i.e. shows like The Donna Reed Show etc. Although they paint a quaint little picture of life as it idealistically should be, realistically the majority of us can't relate.
- cookie cutter preteen shows like hannah montana etc. those shows are like fashion fads that go out of style in a year or less and when you revisit them you're like "what was i thinking?" also the jokes are beyond cheesy. i was flipping through channels andcaught some crap called the wizards of waverly or somethng and cringed.
-reality shows!! - nuff said
FAITH IS BELIEVING IN THINGS WHEN COMMON SENSE TELLS YOU NOT TO - Fred Gailey & Doris Walker, Miracle On 34TH Street
