What are some all time scary movies that made you cringe.
I think Vacancy is one of the scariest movies i've seen.

Horror is one of my favorite genres, though I don't often get "scared" by it. The last movie I saw that I could truly call "scary" would be The Strangers. It was very well done. Vacancy, though, completely bored me. I fell asleep during it.

The idea of "Vacancy" is what scared me.
I haven't seen The Strangers yet.

Vacancy was pretty scary for sure.

Psycho is another one that scared me.

Black Christmas ('74) and Jaws ('75).

Wolf Creek and The Strangers really scared me.

Shutter was a good movie, it wasn't so much scary just creepy when it all comes together, but its also kind of funny thats what the guy deserved.
