Too many jump to conclusions after a game 1 win, all the a$$holes at my job think the series is over and don't realize the Rays just came back from losing game 1 in the ALCS. So i wis everybody just wait and see how things play out because home field advantge means nothing in baseball. Even if the Rays lose tonight it's still not over.

Tampa had the best home record this year, they HAD home field advantage coming into this series, we never played on the kind of turf they play on, and we still won and took at least 1 game from tampa. now we can win all 3 games at home. i think the 2-3-2 f*cks over the home team in this series, aka Tampa. It gives us 3 games to clinch in the greatest ballpark EVER lol, after we're no worst then tied coming back to Philly. I don't see them coming back, it's over. The Rays did the one thing they couldn't do and that was TRAIL THE SERIES in PHILLY so they killed their chances. They were supposed to either be up one game or be tied while in Philly, defintely not trailing.


So the City will be excited about a stupid PARADE and still have the same amount of money on their paycheck they did before the Phillies won it all. Now the city will be EXTRA HARD on the Eagles to win a title and too stupid to realize that baseball and football are two different sports.

This is the best sports experience in my life, next to the Eagles in the SB in 2004. 1993 I could barely remember what baseball was, yet I didn't remember any of the games nor had a interest in it, even remotely lol. Flyers in '97 I had liked sports, but I hadn't gotten into watching sports, it was more me playing sports. I know a lot of people get into watching sports, and become fanatics during their teenaged years and on.

I remember when the Cowboys won SB Xll. I was only a fan and really only an NFL fan for 3 years and I thought this is great. We should do this every year. :lol: Unfortunately we didn't win it again until SB xxvll. Now after all those bad years that the Cowboys endured...that was the greatest feeling I ever experienced in any game. ( Maryland winning the national championship was a close second). The second SB was good but it didn't have the same impact and SB xxx I didn't really enjoy at all. Outside of the first quarter the Steelers really dominated that game. I was more relieved than anything. So if the Phillies win, enjoy it. The first won is usually the best and you don't know when they'll be another.
