What type of cheeses do you all like? I love cheese. (Though I couldn't eat as much as Homer! :lol: ) My favorites are Cheddar, Blue cheese, Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, and other Italian cheeses. I also like Brie.

The cheeses I like are mostly white ones - Parmesan, Romano, Mozzarella, Brick, Provelone, Queso Anejo (a Mexican crumbling cheese), and Chihuahua.

Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzrella, Colby, Colby Jack.

BTW, it takes me about two months to eat 64 slices of cheese, not a few hours.

I love cheese too but I have to eat the low/lower fat versions. And generally they're not bad. I can find these in swiss, cheddar, havarti pretty easily. The ones that are NO FAT all taste mysteriously like american even if they claim they're swiss or cheddar. And I love Brie. But it's loaded with fat & I haven't find a cal-reduced version yet. So I'll save brie for a special occasion.

I'll eat pretty much any type of cheese, but I don't really like sharp cheese. My favorite kind are smoked cheeses. Wow, this is sad. I am feeling kind of queasy right now, but thinking of cheese makes me hungry!! :crazy:

Okay, now who thinks this is crazy... We buy shredded cheddar cheese at Costco in the big bags and sometimes if I get hungry in the middle of the night or if I'm letting the cheese thaw in the fridge (we usually keep it in the freezer), I will just grab a handful and start eating it right out of the bag! Of course, my husband would kill me if he knew that!:nonono: :argue:
