What are some of the funniest names in sports? It could be a mix between the person's first and last name, they could have a first or last name that's funny- for example I know some baseball players had last names like Wind, Rain, Strawberry etc. I'm talking not just the 4 major sports, tennis, soccer, etc. everything else included because it's sports in general. Also, it can be names of referees, umpires, linesman in hockey etc. Here are some to start.

Dick Trickle
Ed Hocchuli (the last name is just funny to me, not hilariously funny though)
David Seamen (ex England soccer goalie)
Danny Sh*ttu
Nicky Butt
Jack Glasscock
Johnny Dickshot
Pull Dickoff
Dean Windass
Bum Ho Lee
Ron Tugnutt
Lucious Pusey
Natalie Titcum LOL

Post more....it DOESN'T even have to be an american athlete, as long as they're well known and have fans....for example, bum ho lee didn't play in any american sports I don't think but is well known over in Japan..I would post people associated with sports that most people know though.

Let's see ...

Beano Cook (sportscaster) - because of the Beano anti-gas tablets
Lenny Faedo (baseball player; Minnesota Twins in the early 1980s)

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I know who Dick Butkus is and who doesn't think of board games whenever Milton Bradley is mentioned? That one makes me laugh! Cocoa Crisp is a good one. What is he, a box of cereal? BTW, Like my Jerry Seinfeld impersonation there?
The guy who calls himself Ocho Cinco has an odd name too! He must REALLY like his team number!!

Anyone remember Steve Beuchelle ("boo-shell") from the 1985 Texas Rangers? Fans used to boo him when he came up to bat. He wasn't a bad player at all. He just had a funny last name!
