I didn't see this posted before so some of you might find this information interesting.
This is information from the Florida State archives about his conviction for the murder of Cheryl Commesso. At the end it includes all the updates to his case including motions, petitions, and appeals. Also of note are a list of all of his offenses he has committed since being in prison. It appears as if they keep it updated as new information comes along.

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida Supreme Court is missing a box.
Not just any box. A box full of key murder evidence that could determine whether convicted murderer Franklin Delano Floyd stays on death row.
Have you seen this?

Wow! If I was the government I would take liability out of the hands of some 3rd party carrier like DHL and do the job myself. That's too bad. I noticed this article was from December. I wonder if there's been any progress son this matter?

I noticed the date too, but I haven't found anything else on the topic. I can't imagine he'll ever go free, though.

--"DHL offered the court $100."--
Are they kidding?
A convicted murder may get off from the charges and they honestly think that paltry amount absolves them?
Personally, I think the system was dumb to use any regular package transport to begin with, Judicial systems need their own private courier service, but that falls under the umbrella of defense/military budget cuts. So there ya go.
I read somewhere else that Sharon/TanyaDawn had two other children besides Michael, one older, another son, and one younger, a daughter. Both of them were adopted out, but I still wonder how come Floyd wasn't as obsessed with them as he was with Michael?
Especially with michael almost certainly dead, you'd think, with that twisted warped brain of his, that he'd be more determined now to reunite with his "other 2 grandchildren?".
