She looks very lovely in it, too, I must say. It is on You Tube in four parts. Also to be found on You Tube in several parts is the very first (pilot) episode of Broadside, the short-lived series Kathy Nolan next starred in after she left The Real McCoys. She also appeared more recently in Crossing Jordan and mostly recently in Cold Case.

There a number of episodes of The Real McCoys that you can watch in several parts on You Tube and the web site www.Guba.com has a number of the episodes on there you can watch in their entirety. It is free but you have to register and choose a username and a password.

She also starred in the one-season-wonder, spun off (kind of)
from "McHale's Navy" called BROADSIDE. Several episodes are in
circulation.

And,she was also in 2 episodes of "The Alfred Hitchcock Hour" 1962's "Annabel"and 1964's "Beast in View"(both CBS),and an episode of "The Rockford Files"in the 1970's.

black-&-white one), opposite Mary Martin as Peter.

I, too, am searching for this show. I had located a few traders with one, perhaps two episodes of the series, and if I acquire it/them I will let you know.

If you live in or near Los Angeles, you may view several episodes at the UCLA TV archives, also The Paley Center. I'm not sure about the New York Paley Center.

Also, I think the University of Wisconsin (Madison) has the Fred Coe archives and there are some eps. (a half dozen or so) of "Jamie" there, probably available for on-site viewing.

Coe and David Swift produced and directed, respectively, the same team responsible for Wally Cox in "Mister Peepers," Seasons One and part of Two now available (and hopefully eventually in complete commercial relase), thanks to S'More Entertainment.

My advice to you is to contact the appropriate person at the UCLA archives, which houses the David Swift archives, which oversaw the "Peepers" DVD releases. My bet is that they will also be able to help you re: "Jamie."

If you find out any further info., please let me know, and I shall likewise. I had intended to pursue this one day, but health issues have prevented me from such relatively trivial matters.

That show just has to be great, what with De Wilde as a boy actor bursting with enthusiasm, in the same period as his brilliant performances in "Member Of The Wedding" and "Shane," plus the late, great Ernest Truex as his character's grandpa, Kathleen Nolan as his cousin, and the always incredible Alice Pearce (the first and best "Gladys Kravitz" from "Bewitched") also in the show's cast.

I'm sure I saw Kathleen Nolan in a commercial in the early 1960's where she appeared with a young child. It may have been for Johnson's Shampoo for children, but I can't be sure. It was interesting to hear her without the country "twang" she used as Kate McCoy. The commercial was running at the same time that the Real McCoys series was on the network.

I remember Kathleen Nolan also being one of the stars who appeared during a Variety Club telethon on a local Cincinnati TV station one weekend in the early 1960's. One of the other stars appearing on that telethon was Peter Brown from the "Lawman" series. In locally done telethons in those days, there was quite a bit of improvisation to fill the hours of airtime. There was such a moment in this one as both Nolan and Brown wound up doing the twist together during a brief musical number.

I was amazed to read lately that she was the first WOMAN president of Screen Actors Guild.

She is a guest star in an episode of "The Untouchables" titled Blues For a Gone Goose which aired on January 29, 1963. She plays "Bunny" the wife of a mobster and has some kissing scenes with Robert Duvall. Her country accent is noticable and during the episode, her character is identified as having come from a rural area.

One of the cast members on "Broadside" was Dick Sargent, who some years later would be the second Darrin on "Bewitched." I recall there was an episode in the Sargent years called "The Return of Darrin the Bold (a remake of "A Most Unusual Wood Nymph," minus Kathleen Nolan)."

The most ironic part was that Sargent auditioned at the same time Dick York did for "Bewitched," and York won the part!

She was also in a couple of episodes of Magnum P.I. back in the 80's. The one I remember best was The Ugliest Dog in Hawaii. I'll always think of her as Kate McCoy, no matter how many shows she acted in.

I did catch a little of one of her Magnum P.I. episodes -- she looked beautiful, as expected.

I remember her mostly from that episode of Bewitched. I'm a big fan of the show, and I must've seen that particular episode a dozen times through the years. Didn't watch the Real McCoys growing up, but discovered it later as an adult. Anyway, I got to meet Ms. Nolan this past July at an autograph show in Los Angeles. She said it was her first autograph show ever. She sat with her son who had also been an actor (He had Star Trek pics). I brought a photo of her with Agnes Moorehead from when she guest-starred on Bewitched. She had little recollection about the episode itself, except that she spoke with an Irish brogue, and said Agnes was wonderful. I tried to jog her memory about the plot, but she just drew a blank. She was friendly and appeared happy to be there, so maybe she'll attend another show. She was cute. I remember her saying, "I'm seeing my whole life pass before my eyes." I think she was referring to all the fans bringing in old photos of stuff she had been in.
