I was wondering why was Scott Weinger not in season 8 of Full House.

Well, since DJ and Steve broke up in Season 7 (Big Mistake, IMO), they had no reason to keep him on the show, but it really warmed my heart to see him return at the series finale to take DJ to her prom.

Not only did DJ and Steve break up, but he left for college. I also think it was a mistake for them to break up. Steve was so much better than those dorks they kept putting DJ with. Steve should have gone to a local school and stayed with DJ.
