staying up all night ago/pulling an all nighter. I have done this many times before, as a teen. I don't think I would ever do it past college but I get a lot of work done faster this way, since I seem to put it off to the last minute anyway . But it takes a horrible turn on your body, teen= young or old. Chronic fatigue, nausea sometimes and a feeling of tiredness &/feeling uncomfortable. Anyways I was wondering if anybody else has done this as much as me, it is horrible but I know a lot of friends who stayed up all night in college= listening to music, eating, hanging out, playing games= coard, board and whatever else and lots of other things and a lot of people, predominately students such as me do it for one purpose of doing your work or studying on the other hand. Take on it?

I never had to pull an all-nighter for school, but there was a time when I was working 2 jobs. One was a grave yard shift. So I worked one job 2PM to 10PM, went to my other job, worked 11PM to 6AM, then had my work my other job that day from 8AM to 4PM. Needless to say, by the middle of that shift, I was really fighting it. My boss felt for me and got somebody to come in early and I got to leave at 2. I didn't encounter any nausea though, thankfully. And I'm glad I never had to do that again!!

^ The mornings, like around 10 AM are the worst the next day. I've heard so much about staying up if you want to, what to do, to stay up to concentrate for school if that's what you are working on. Drinking a lot of water helps, also splashing your face several teams periodically with water is another. I heard coffee and those nasty energy drinks people drink are horrible for staying up late or later lol...

pulling an all nighter is no fun at all. i used to stay up late studying a lot in high school. two years ago, i was working full time & had to stay up late to study for college classes. i'd have to get up at 4.30 to go into work, go to school after, nap for an hour or two, and study/do homework. it really takes a toll on your body after a while and when you do end up sleeping, you'll be gone for a while. lol.

I've always been a night owl and have a bad habit of staying up too late. I finally caved and bought a new alarm clock. That helps...as well as trying to have all the lights out by midnight.
