I have seen "Clueless" probably 50 times, if not more and I still do not get this one line. I was wondering if anyone could explain it to me. I feel dense just for asking but my husband and I are always looking at each other and going  whenever we hear it.
There is a scene where they are in gym class and they are playing tennis. The red-head (the one in the white outfit at the top of this page-I don't know her name) said that her doctor doesn't want her to participate in any sport where balls fly at her nose.
Then Dion says "There goes your social life".
I swear I don't get this at all. If it's something that's not PG-13, please PM me with the answer, because I'm dying to know why this is supposed to be funny!:p It sure went way over my head!
