This week marks the release of Break Up The Concrete, the first new album by Chrissie Hynde and her backup band (lets face it, that's what they are these days and have been since the early 90's, lol) in six years. I am not much on Chrissie as a person as she seems very smug and is one of the scariest animal rights activists I've ever heard of (she got arrested for threatening to firebomb McDonalds in the 80's) but when she starts to sing with that gorgeous voice, all is forgiven.
