Leave It to Beaver spawned the TV-movie "Still the Beaver" and the
syndicated series The New Leave It to Beaver. Both reunited surviving
members of the original cast.

I Dream of Jeannie spawned two TV-movies, "I Dream of Jeannie: 15
Years Later" and "I Still Dream of Jeannie." Barbara Eden starred in both.

The cast (except Pat Priest) of The Munsters returned in the theatrical movie "Munster, Go Home." Most of the cast (with the exceptions of Pat
Priest and Butch Patrick) returned in the TV-movie "The Munsters' Revenge."

The cast of The Addams Family were reunited (with the exception of
Blossom Rock) for the TV-movie "Halloween with the Addams Family."

The cast of Father Knows Best were reunited in a TV-movie.

There were three Gilligan's Island TV-movies and two animated series
(The New Adventures of Gilligan and Gilligan's Island, featuring
the voices of most of the original cast.

Other cartoons that featured the voices of the original cast include: The
Addams Family (one version with Jackie Coogan and Ted Cassidy; a later version with John Astin), The Brady Kids, Fonz and the Happy Days Gang, Laverne & Shirley and Mork and Mindy (to name a few).
There were other cartoons based on sitcoms that featured different actors
(Jonathan Harris replaced Ray Walston in My Favorite Martians, for
example.)

Make Room for Granddaddy reunited the cast of The Danny Thomas
Show. It only lasted one season.

There was a TV special that reunited the casts of both My Three Sons
and The Partridge Family.

Besides the aforementioend "Return to Mayberry," there was also a TV
special reuniting some of the cast of The Andy Griffith Show.

There was a TV special reuniting the surviving members of the cast of The
Dick Van Dyke Show.

There was an awful TV-movie reuniting some of the cast of The Beverly
Hillbillies. Irene Ryan had passed away, and Max Baer (wisely) wanted
nothing to do with it. "The Return of the Beverly Hillbillies" is best avoided.
It was a bomb. Years later, a TV special reunited Buddy Ebsen, Donna
Douglas and Max Baer.

There were TV reunion shows for both Happy Days and Laverne &
Shirley.

There was a reunion show for CBS's One Day at a Time.

And there was "Project ALF," but it only featured ALF himself (none of the
Tanners appeared).

And, of course, there were countless reunion movies (and cartoons) based on TV dramas and action shows. But that's a subject for another thread.

The Incredible Hulk had 3 reunion movies.

The also has a reunion of sorts in the episode "My Favorite Magician." It reunited Ray Walston and Bill Bixby from My Favorite Martian.

Adam-12 spawned some other new Adam-12 in the 80s...which apparently set the ratings world on fire. Ditto The Monkees/The New Monkees and Route 66, the 1960-64 version, and Route 66...the 1993 4 episode BOMB.

And of course, all the CSIs and the Law and Orders.

Battlestar: Galactica had the spinoff, "Galactica: 1980", the extremely dissimilar remake from the 00's, and the theatrical release based on the first two episodes of the original series.

V: The Series had a short-lived (and dissimilar) remake in the late 00's.

The Odd Couple was redone as "The New Odd Couple" in the early 80's, as well as the Saturday morning cartoon "The Oddball Couple" in the 1970s. A TV movie was done in the 1990's, I believe, reuniting Klugman and Randall, and incorporating Klugman's throat cancer.

The Addams Family produced a cartoon in the 70s, two remake/reboot films in the 90's, and a reunion movie in 1977.

What shows were The Surfaris on? I don't remember them on any sitcom. I know they only had one hit song and then disappeared. Their reunion special must have been really short.

GREEN ACRES had that HORRIBLE reunion movie in the early 90s RETURN TO GREEN ACRES
THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES had one that was even worse called THE RETURN OF THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES in 1980
THE ODD COUPLE had a revival series in the 80s called THE NEW ODD COUPLE and a reunion movie of the 70s series in the early 90s (it starred Tony Randall & Jack Klugman and they explained Jacks recent throat surgery and his raspy voice by saying Oscar had throat surgery) and there's the current revival series with Mathew Perry.
THE HONEYMOONERS was revived 3 times-a couple sketches in the early 60s, a series of musical sketches in the mid to late 60s and a few reunions in the 70s.
And of course there's all the STAR TREK spin-offs.
