Hank and Dennis brought years of chuckles to all of us,and although it is a sad thing,i am grateful Hank was still alive to do a strip commemorating Dennis' 50th anniversary-not like C.M.Schulz.(Sigh)

I agree with Richard on the comparison to Charles Schulz. Did you notice that 1950 seemed to be a banner year for comic strips, with comic from people like Schulz, Ketcham & Mort Walker's "Beetle Bailey?" I think Walker's the last of that bunch.
