Does anyone else love this show? It's been airing here on one of the PBS stations and I really have wound up enjoying it. Love Audrey fforbes-Hamilton!

Seen it in the '80s and then again on a run in the last few years. Nice, enjoyable comedy with a beginning and an end :) I've heard rumors of an updated series with Penelope Keith being done but I'm not sure if I would want to see these characters now older.

There was a reunion special made last Christmas. I'm so excited, it's going to air in my area this week!

It'll be a bit sad without Mrs. Poluvicka though. I loved her. I didn't know Daphne Heard died only two years after the original run. :(

Same with John Rudling (Brabinger), and Michael Bilton (Ned) died several years later.

I think my favorite episode is the one where they pretend to be married so Richard can impress a French cosmetic business woman. And I can't forget the episode where her car breaks down and she has to go around town with a horse. Classic. :lol:

Been awhile, so the episodes seem fresh when I do get to rewatch them.

One eppy I remember is them leaving the church and the clock tower goes beserk! :lol:
